What is the monthly rent?

Current rent is available upon request — please reach out by phone or email. Pricing may vary based on lease length and start date.

What is the standard lease term?

We typically offer an initial 6-month lease, to be extended thereafter. Month-to-month and short-term arrangements are not currently available.

What's included in the rent?

The rent covers the residence itself, the assigned garage parking space, and access to all building amenities (pool, fitness center, club room, rooftop lounge). Rent includes basic cable. Tenants are responsible for utilities (electric, water, and internet). HOA fees and building maintenance are covered by the owner.

Are pets allowed?

No pets, as noted in the listing.

Is smoking allowed?

The residence is strictly non-smoking, both indoors and on the balcony, in keeping with the building's policies.

What's the application process?

After an in-person or video tour, qualified applicants complete a standard rental application, which includes credit and background checks, employment and income verification, and prior landlord references. The building's condominium association also requires approval prior to move-in.

When is the residence available?

Availability date is shared during the inquiry process — please contact us for current status.

Is parking available for guests?

Yes. In addition to the assigned garage space, metered street parking and a public garage are available on Cleveland Street for guests.

How do I get to Clearwater Beach?

Clearwater Beach is about 5 miles away — roughly a 15-minute drive across the Memorial Causeway. The Jolley Trolley also runs from downtown to the beach and back, with stops near the building.

Is the building hurricane-rated?

Yes. The building was constructed in 2008 to current Florida hurricane code, and Station Square is not in a designated flood or evacuation zone.
