A bright, open one-bedroom-plus-den residence in a 15-story tower on Cleveland Street — the spine of downtown Clearwater — with resort-style amenities and water views from the balcony.
The main living area opens to a south-facing balcony with views over the rooftop pool deck and a glimpse of Clearwater Harbor beyond. The chef's kitchen, with GE Profile appliances and generous counter space, flows into the dining and den areas — flexible space that works equally well as a home office, guest room, or quiet reading nook.
The master suite features two closets and an en-suite bath with double sinks and an enclosed shower. A separate full guest bath serves the rest of the residence. In-unit laundry, laminate flooring through the main living areas, and central air complete the package.
The building itself was completed in 2008 by Urban Studio Architects — a 15-story tower of 126 residences sitting at the center of Clearwater's Cleveland Street District.
Station Square's sixth-floor amenity deck and ground-floor services were designed to feel less like an apartment building and more like a boutique hotel.
